Return & Refund Policy – Sorex Spares

At Sorex Spares, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Only genuine spare parts sold by Sorex Spares are eligible for return.

  • Customized or special order parts are non-returnable unless defective.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our support team within 15 days at support@sorexspares.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization.

  • Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Please use a tracked shipping method to return the item to our warehouse.


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (both ways) are non-refundable except in cases of seller error.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed as returns and new purchases.

  • Please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
