Only genuine spare parts sold by Sorex Spares are eligible for return.

Customized or special order parts are non-returnable unless defective.

Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Please use a tracked shipping method to return the item to our warehouse.
4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

Shipping fees (both ways) are non-refundable except in cases of seller error.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
